There was good agreement across studies for the majority of sex prevalence ratios of specific CAs with the precision of these estimates increasing in the pooled estimates.
Sex-specific chromosomal anomalies, e.g., Turner syndrome, and diagnoses of indeterminate sex, were excluded from analysis of specific CAs diagnoses but were included in the overall and system-specific subgroup prevalence measures.
Similar to adding bulky-carbohydrate moieties to sulfonamides, steroid sulfatase inhibitors, which have been designed based on previously seen antimitotic inhibitors [ 136, 137] are able to take advantage of the variable residues in the hydrophobic pocket of specific CAs via van Der Waals contacts of the steroidal backbone [ 136– 136].

High transcript abundance of specific β-CA lineages has been observed in other C3 taxa, where it optimizes the relative concentration of CO2 for Rubisco (Badger and Price 1994; Ludwig 2011) and probably predisposed these β-CA lineages for a C4 function, which evolved through a further increase in daytime transcript levels.
In Table 3 we have selected a limited number of genes from groups B and C which show a significant and previously unknown effect on regulating accumulation of specific elements (Ca, Na, Mg, K, S, Mo, Mn, Cu, and Cd), or groups of elements we observe to be related (e.g. Mg & P, Mn & Cd) in the yeast ionome.
