If it was an intentional act, it would not fit the pattern of previous pilot-suicide events – in which the aircraft nose is directed towards ground level at high speed.
The initial design aims were to establish operating conditions comparable to that of previous pilot and commercial scale work.
Doses of antagonists were selected on the basis of previous pilot studies under the authors' experimental conditions (data not shown) and data reported by other authors [ 18, 19].
