Moreover, the dimensions of the triangular pits increase with the number of layers, suggesting a thickness dependent behavior of etching in tungsten disulfide films.
We report on a thickness-dependent wetting property of WS2/Al2O3 and WS2/SiO2/Si structures.
Angular dependent MOKE measurements show a thickness dependent, in-plane rotation of the easy axis of magnetisation of up to 60° from the [0 0 1] direction (towards [−1 1 0]).
