After the reception of a CfP message from SU-AKM, the SU-ACM sends the received CfP to the neighboring and currently available PU agents.

Transfection of a CFP-NaPi-2a fusion protein plasmid in OK cells reveals that the protein is mainly expressed in the brush-border membrane of the cells, with some minor expression intracellularly, which is compatible with a trans-Golgi network localization.
