The odds ratios (ORs) for subsequent cancer in fathers, mothers or either parent of children born with cleft lip/palate were 1.9 (95% CI 0.9 4.1), 1.7 (95% CI 0.9 3.6) and 1.8 (95% CI 1.0 3.2), respectively, after adjustment for maternal age at birth and sex of the child (Table 3-wrap>).
For pNGAL levels of greater than 150 ng/mL, the diagnostic odds ratio for subsequent need of RRT was 12.4.
