In this study, we obtain a fault oblique ϕ at the stations along the source fault of the 1891 Nobi earthquake (Figure 4), suggesting that the process of healing would have eliminated fractures parallel to the fault strike induced by shear faulting, if produced, accompanied with the 1891 Nobi earthquake.
Finally, we obtained a single simple fault model, centered at 37.88° N, 143.23° E, with the following parameters: strike 203°, length 186 km, width 129 km, slip 25 m, dip angle 16°, slip angle 101°, depth 5.1 km, and slip time function 180 s.
In order to achieve accurate diagnosis for rotating machinery automatically and considering that test data under actual fault conditions are rather difficult to obtain, a novel fault diagnosis strategy based on rotor dynamics and computational intelligence was proposed in this paper.
The friction coefficient was measured by running a set of direct shear tests on natural fault gouges obtained from a fault near the site.

Then, the optimal residuals are utilized to obtain a process fault isolation scheme.
We assume to successfully obtain a rectangular fault model solution (M w 8.4) in about 5 15 min after the earthquake occurrence (Fig. 6c).
For the case of near-coast great tsunamigenic earthquakes, these GNSS analyses possibly work well to obtain a reliable fault model within about 10 min.
However, to obtain a detailed fault shape and to discuss the cause of a series of earthquakes tectonically, in addition to discussions on change of the Bouguer density, it is effective to use a dense gravity database or to conduct gravity gradiometer survey and seismic reflection survey around fault zones in the future studies.
In addition, the time of separation necessary for couples with children to obtain a no-fault divorce would have been extended from one to two years.
