At station #1 (FAT), packer set and inflation of 3D radial probe completed in <15 min and observed the same time lines for all the 17 stations attempted in this well.
For the case of E7 mRNA expression, we observed in the same line a slight decrease (Δ% ≤ 12% for PTX- and CIS-treated groups) and no variation was observed in PTX + CIS-treated group.
Five out of six embryos displayed fluorescence throughout the whole embryo, comparable to that observed when the same line was injected into SD host blastocysts (Fig. 5A and 5B).
