Three stages in the damage buildup up to fracture were observed: Stage I, with no AE activity, Stage II, gradual growth in AE counts up to an abrupt jump and Stage III, sharp increases in AE counts.
In the case of hsp83 dCTCF ΔN, we occasionally observed stage 11 15 embryos that appeared to have slightly elevated levels of Abd-B.
We also observed stage 11 or 12 klp10A RNAi knockdown oocytes with germinal vesicles that were widely displaced from their normal position at the base of the dorsal appendages.
Notably, an overall trend (p = 0.02) suggesting an association between total number of FOXP3+ TIL and higher tumor stage could be observed (Stage IA: 7.1 ± 13.6, Stage IIA: 7.9 ± 13.3, Stage IIB: 7.9 ± 13.7 and Stage: IIIA: 9.5 ± 15.8).
The model provided an excellent fit to observed stage data in both calibration and validation periods (median model efficiency indices of 0.82 and 0.83, respectively).
Rice varieties selected, elevations of silt rich bars where rice is sown, as well as planting and harvest dates are analyzed in the light of the timing, frequencies and amplitudes of observed stage reversals that have the potential to destroy growing rice.
