For nine polymorphic SNPs we observed cluster compression (as in Figure 1B), and for nine monomorphic SNPs we found either unexpected normalized theta values, or subgroups in a homozygous cluster (as in Figure 1D and 1E, respectively).
When we observed cluster compression (i.e. when the homozygous clusters normalized theta values were not in the [0, 0.1] or [0.9, 1] ranges, as illustrated in Figure 1 B, C and D), we considered that the genotyping failed, as this is likely due to genome redundancy [29].
We collaborated with a Bioinformatics colleague, Dr. Daniel Riordan, who performed mathematical modeling based on our experimentally observed cluster frequency.
Figure 4 shows STM images acquired following deposition of 0.51 ML Ag, the lowest coverage for which Ag clusters were observed (cluster density ∼0.15 × 10 m–2).
Note that (iii) holds if the minimum possible observed cluster size is, but is unlikely to hold otherwise; and if (iii) is replaced by the weaker condition, then 2011, 2007 and 2011 still hold, but 2009 may not.
The largest observed cluster of genes represented a rapid transient response observed after 30 minutes of low temperature exposure, where 126 genes were up-regulated and 28 were repressed.

The observed cluster-specific estimates vary only because of chance created from sampling subjects.
When vmPFC RSFC after MDMA administration was contrasted against vmPFC RSFC after placebo administration, significant increases (yellow-orange color) and decreases (blue color) were observed (cluster-corrected, z = 2.3, p <.05; this threshold was used for all of the RSFC analyses).
So, it is important to understand when methods proposed for observed-cluster inference really do describe observed clusters.
We show under which conditions shared random-effects models proposed for observed-cluster inference do actually describe members with observed Y.
within-cluster fixed effects When 2005 holds and is cluster varying with fixed effect, is not only the within-complete-cluster effect of, it is also the within-observed-cluster effect, which is the same in all observed clusters of size.
