It's "renminbi," which is not, as I suspect, some obscure word.
It often begins with an archaic or obscure word I have not defined.
(The obscure word "quoz" he defines freely here as "anything, anywhere, living or otherwise, connecting a human to existence").
You may notice this after you learn a new obscure word, and then suddenly start noticing it everywhere, having seemingly never previously heard it.
Sometimes I choose an obscure word from the dictionary – mansuetude is one of my favourites – and make as many anagrams as I can from it.
As for a more obscure word, like enubilate, it might have been made as clear as its meaning ("make clear") by providing some appropriate examples.
