The menu was dictated by two things: the market's offerings and the recipes in her forthcoming book, "The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons and Recipes From a Delicious Revolution" (Clarkson Potter, October).
Waters was up for the challenge — or merely took pity on us — and agreed to create a week's worth of menus using recipes adapted from her new book, "The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution".
