The luminal A and luminal B subtypes gather ER+ tumours, while the basal-like, ERBB2 and normal-like subclasses assemble ER- tumours.
Ci represents the class phenotype that may be cancerous tumor, normal, or cancer subclasses such as different stages of a cancer.
