The scores were similar in united and non-united ankles.
The intellective soul is the specific (completive) difference in both, but it differs in species: whereas the human intellective soul is created to be united with a body, the angelic intellective soul is non-united with a body (QLIIS 6, 23 24; 7, 26).

The articulation between the distal non-united fragment of the scaphoid and the distal radius is affected first with joint space narrowing and osteophyte formation.
This configuration of the non-united scaphoid causes osteoarthritic changes to occur between the radius and the distal scaphoid fracture fragment, progressing proximally but only up to the non-union site [3, 8].
This was aimed at enhancing the rate of osteogenesis at the non-united site, as well as, widens the area of regenerate by callotasis to achieve a stronger tibio-fibular synostosis.

SNAC is due to a non-united fracture of the scaphoid and is a common cause of wrist arthropathy, with a pattern of osteoarthritic change which is very similar to the pattern seen with SLAC wrist.
There are a number of reasons why a non-united ulnar styloid fracture can become symptomatic: It can be responsible for a non-functioning ulno-radial ligament (peripheral TFCC detachment) [27] (Fig. 6), cause impingement of the overlying ECU tendon [28], abut on the carpus [27, 29] (Fig. 7) or be an irritative loose body [27] (Fig. 8).
Our patient is hopefully still alive, but if so he most probably still has a painful non-united femoral fracture and a stiff knee.
Since then, PEMFs have been applied increasingly, including their use in the treatment of osteoarthritis and (non-united) fractures [ 7, 8].
