"nominated price" is a correct and usable part of a sentence in written English.
This phrase is generally used to describe a price that has been determined or agreed upon beforehand. For example: "The nominated price for the painting was set at $500."
Both websites allow those in possession of tickets to place an advert on the site with their own nominated price.
