We developed a fourth domain: factors affecting prescribing skills acquisition, by using the nominal group technique (NGT) among nine final year (Year 5) medical students (5 females, 4 males) in a public university in Malaysia.
As (G) shows, the circumstance 'in the literature on oral communication skills in the accountancy workplace' is constituted by a prepositional phrase, with the preposition 'in' plus the nominal group 'the literature on oral communication skills in the accountancy workplace'.
Finally, the segments that indicated SRL and transfer skills were coded, assigned with nominal numbers, and frequencies were calculated.
Within that nominal group there is the Qualifier 'on oral communication skills in the accountancy workplace', which in turn, is constituted by another prepositional phrase with the preposition 'on' followed by the nominal group 'oral communication skills in the accountancy workplace'.

These concepts are compatible with the Challenge Point Framework which suggests distinguishing "nominal task difficulty," characteristics of a task regardless of context or the performer's skill, from "functional task difficulty," relating to the performer's skill level and context [ 40].
Such tools can benefit from complementary qualitative data from learners' reflections and the nominal group technique to obtain richer and deeper understanding of how learners acquired research skills.
