Intriguingly, our results showed that with the transient miR-124 expression, the protein level of Slug decreased significantly, whereas the protein levels of other transcription factors had no significant changes (Supplementary Figure S2A and B, available at Carcinogenesis Online), which suggest a potential role of Slug in the miR-124-induced cell effects.
The cells that were most affected by T3 treatment were the first trimester decidual macrophages, where the secretion of multiple cytokines was decreased in response to T3 treatment (Fig. 6A), with the exception of IFN-γ and TNF-α which both showed no significant changes (Supplementary data, Table SII).
Furthermore, HE-stained images of the mouse major organs showed that there were no significant histological changes (Supplementary Figure S4b).
Among them, Stra8 was downregulated in P7 and P8 RHAU ablation testes, but Stra8 is not a G4 DNA-related gene; Bmp4, Sohlh1, and Dazl show no significant change (Supplementary Figure 2A); Sohlh2 was upregulated (Supplementary Figures 2A and B).
When clustering sequence sets of increasing lengths, then the time also increases linearly, while the memory usage shows no change (Supplementary Table S3b).
However, the four gene clusters identified using the informativeness metric also identifies patterns of teratoma-differentiated specific expression changes (Supplementary Material, Supplementary Fig. S4B, cluster 3) and embryonic stem cell-specific expression changes (Supplementary Material, Supplementary Fig. S4B, cluster 4).
Although aimed at improving access, it is not known whether supplementary funding changed the time that patients spent on wait lists for CABG.
We also detected the expression of p62 to confirm the autophagic flux, however, no significant changes were found (Supplementary Figure S2).
Pooling reduced and modified fat diets all together resulted in no significant changes (see online supplementary figures S10 S13).
In parallel, we have also characterized the experimental and control FRTL5-FLAG pools with respect to the differentiated gene expression profile of the FRTL-5 parental cell line and no significant changes were observed (Supplementary Figure 1b).
