"no different from before" is a correct and commonly used phrase in written English
It can be used in situations when something has not changed or has remained the same as it was in the past. Example: "Despite the new management, the company's policies are no different from before." In this sentence, "no different from before" means that the company's policies have not changed despite the change in management.
