Note that each of the 9 NIPs resulting supposedly from intron sliding shows at least three of the expected properties and/or a significant sequence similarity between introns of both positions (Materials and Methods).
Such a concentration overshoot may then be dragged into the nip, resulting in runnability problems such as web breaks or coating color spitting.
The higher density of bacterial NIPs also results in higher local clustering-larger number and size of cliques (subsets of pathways that are completely inter-connected -and hinter-connected -anderinter-connected -andwing more intensive pathigherross-talk in bacteria than in eukarya species.
Yet many countries' NIPs have resulted in tremendous societal benefit through both planned and unplanned action not associated with these goals.
