"Unless you have that goal of generating passive income and you see that nice passive interest compound interest later, I think it's very hard for people to stick to any goal," she says.
But for many on Wall Street, bodings are nice, but interest rate cuts are nicer, and stocks traded sharply lower.
Sure, a nice fat interest charge would be ideal too, but if they sense you are ready to default on your loan, you can expect that a lower rate will be offered instead.
