The method had no cross-reaction with DNA isolated from beef, mutton, pork or quail, and generated products at a target DNA content as low as 0.05 ng, or a target meat content of 1% of total meat weight.
We targeted the PnO or PnC in WT (n = 9) and DKO (n = 11) mice for microinjection (50 nl) of either ACSF, neostigmine (62.5 µM, 0.95 ng) or a mixture of neostigmine (62.5 µM, 0.95 ng) & atropine (111 µM, 3.8 ng) and then scored their behavior.
