"neutral outcome" is grammatically correct and commonly used in written English.
It refers to a result or consequence that is neither positive nor negative, but rather falls somewhere in the middle. Example: After a long and heated debate, the committee was unable to come to a decision, resulting in a neutral outcome. Both sides were left feeling unsatisfied.
