Searching only in the PLUS database was a suboptimal approach that needs topic specific tailoring.
And when people are in public places, they need topics for conversation that everyone can share.
The patients stated the needed topics during the process as; "I can't breathe, and take the tube out" (59%), "Did the operation finish?" Is it day or night?
