In order to thoroughly examine the effects of the influence of this field on the processes of bone remodelling, it was necessary to conduct this study using laboratory animals.
The total number of exons sequenced in our study was 2107, implying that at least 2107 primer pairs would have been necessary to conduct this study had it been attempted by genomic DNA sequencing; in contrast, we accomplished this task using only 1038 primer sets for cDNA sequencing.
Further research is necessary to improve this study.
Further studies should include other variables to compare individuals from different groups as women with higher educational levels and consider disease characteristics (stage, type of treatment, etc).. Future research is necessary to replicate this study in other samples, particularly among women under different treatment conditions and stage of disease.
Based on an inclusion rate of approximately thirteen patients per year, eight more years of enrollment would have been necessary to complete this study.
