Five enlisted naval instructors have been accused of sexual misconduct and having improper relationships with female recruits at the Great Lakes Naval Training Center here.
The instructors are Cornish locals, including pro surfer Amy Brock Morgan and Paul Stainsby, an experienced naval surf instructor.
After World War II, he was a naval flight instructor during the Korean War.
