The aim of our study was to assess the multidimensional nature of patient satisfaction and to identify the factors associated with maternal satisfaction with hospital-based perinatal care in Serbia.
Our survey confirms the multidimensional nature of patient satisfaction assessment, and clearly allocates three important aspects of maternal satisfaction, as follows: environmental factors in hospitals; technical and professional aspects of care; and communication and interpersonal aspects of care.
