"native words" is a correct and usable expression in written English.
It usually refers to words in a language that has been spoken in a particular region before the arrival of outsiders or settlers. For example, the native words of the Kawaiisu people of California include words like Chebaldih ("rabbit"), Talyu ("mountain sheep"), and Tahaweya ("coyote").
I use a few of the native words sometimes.
More recent foreign influences on the language were suppressed and replaced by native words and constructions.
Stress is placed on the first syllable in native words, with sporadic exceptions for compounds.
