From this library, 50,304 clones were picked, replicated and subsequently sequenced at the Genoscope (French national sequencing centre).
Sequencing reactions were performed through the (French) national sequencing platform Genoscope, otherwise with an Applied Biosystems ABI PRISM BigDye terminator ready reaction cycle sequencing kit v3.0 following the manufacturer's instructions.
