These histograms show narrow height distributions with averages of 15.5 nm (Figure 5a) and 23.0 nm (Figure 5b).
AFM measurements (inset of Figure 2c) on several islands show an ensemble of almost identical barn-shaped islands[16] with a very narrow height distribution of 13% full width at half maximum.
