The HSA program automatically set three ROIs defined as: (1) narrow neck, traversing the narrowest width of the femoral neck, (2) intertrochanter, along the bisector of the shaft and femoral neck axes, and (3) shaft, at 1.5 times the minimum neck width distal from the intersection of the neck and shaft axes.
