We classified our data into 2 subgroups, namely, japonica (388) and indica (595), based on the cultivar name of samples used for the microarray experiments.

This functionality allows for project-specific sample annotation by the individual researchers and thereby allows convenient naming of samples and collection of metadata.

The reference summary page presents a list of the genes that were screened in each paper, the samples that had mutations with details of the mutation and the names of the samples that had no mutations in the genes that were screened (not shown).
The considerable degree of uncertainty about the variety names of many samples in the collection limits the interpretation of this kind of result.

We also extracted authors, publication years, study periods, study locations, study designs, target populations, names of infections, sample sizes, and participants' demographics to identify the characteristics of the studies and populations.
The table contains important columns, such as study accession, name, title, number of samples, number of experiments, number of runs, and average number of reads and bases.
