In our present study, it was the 2 mins of optimal CPR rather than 4 mins of suboptimal CPR, which could make the different ischemic myocardial condition to prepare for the coming counter shock.
Explanations for poor prognosis among children with subsequent VF or PVT are not evident and could include a delay in the diagnosis of a shockable rhythm during resuscitation, adverse effects of epinephrine, or the severity of the underlying myocardial condition [ 12].
They also reported that oxidative metabolism varied in accordance with myocardial conditions such as ischemia or infarction [37].

Despite advances in both the early management and longer-term treatment of acute myocardial infarction, this condition still represents a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in western countries, making essential understanding its determinants.
