The phrase "my interpersonal" is not correct or usable in written English.
The word "interpersonal" refers to the relationship between two or more people so it does not make sense to refer to it as "my interpersonal." For example: My interpersonal skills have helped me succeed in working with clients. (incorrect) My ability to interact well with others has helped me succeed in working with clients. (correct).
Mastering skills like working the register will give me confidence that carries over into all my interpersonal relationships.
