It involves somatic mutations in any cellular genome, either induced by external source or spontaneously occurring during the mitotic replication, and thus it may comprise different types of DNA alterations.
This movement not only illustrates the notion of seasonal peripatetics, as it involves the mutation of coastal fishermen and hinterland pastoralists into date farmers, but also the seasonal as well as historical alternation between core and auxiliary subsistence activity.
We confirmed that the mutation was germline because it involved the nail sample (Fig. 2a).
