The texture-based features Energy and MaxF (COOC) - which describe the spatial distribution pattern for tissue homogeneity - and AVE and MinCDF - which provide gray-level magnitude information on tissue denseness - were the strongest RTA predictors of mutation status within a given ROI.
That status gave the plant special privileges.
Which Status Gives You More Freedom?
A complete list of all identified copy number aberrations and the mutation status of 7 genes is given for the cell lines showing synergistic behavior in Table S1.

It has been proposed that FLT3 mutation may be a late event in leukemia, given that FLT3 mutation status are often changed between paired diagnosis and relapse of adult and childhood patients with AML [ 15- 17] or ALL [ 18].
Given that women considering genetic testing often have two or more such factors, it is important that a multivariate model be used for predicting mutation status, as we have done here.
Among all the tested predictors, TP53 mutation status was the only factor that gave a slightly higher HR (2.87 with 95% CI 1.42 5.83; Figure 7B; Table S2).
Previous characterization was given in [ 1] – p53 mutation status on 69 cases – and in an unpublished report [ 22], reviewed in [ 23].
When a mutation has been identified in one member of a given family, blood samples or tissue blocks are sought from affected relatives, to establish their mutation status.
