Mutation rate was not significantly related to adult survival rate corrected for the effects of allometry based on a phylogenetically corrected estimate (ln likelihood ratio = 1.07, d.f. = 1, P = 0.14).
Direct comparisons between the C9ORF72 and MAPT mutation groups showed the MAPT group had reduced thickness of anterior temporal cortex bilaterally (false discovery rate corrected P < 0.05) (Fig. 8).
