GH deficiency in adults is associated with fatigue, decreased energy, depressed mood, decreased muscle strength, decreased muscle mass, thin and dry skin, increased adipose tissue, and decreased bone density.
In children with type IV, joint ROM and muscle strength decreased, especially in the LEs.
