It may make a great deal of sense to continue with closed-door sessions as municipalities figure out how to transform their energy infrastructure away from the risk associated with extractive energy.
We focus on the relationship between vocational areas (types of programmes) on the one hand and the municipality groups (Figure 5) and age groups (Figure 6) on the other hand.
Figure 3 illustrates the distribution of NGO activity across Bolivian municipalities and Figure 4 represents the distribution of health sector NGO activity across Bolivian municipalities.
In each country, several municipalities show high CPR values, as seen from the distribution of CPR among municipalities in Figure S4 in the supporting information, particularly in Brazil (1960), Peru (1961), Bolivia (1984), and Colombia (2008).
According to the municipality, these figures included all costs for the provision of the services.
