In multivariate analyses two additional correlates of agreement between self-report and administrative records emerged.
In multivariate analyses, six variables remained statistically significant (Table 1).
For the multivariate analyses, three different models were adopted (Table 3).
Nine variables were selected as outcome variables for multivariate analyses: two were related to knowledge of dengue transmission, three were related to knowledge of the disease, and four were related to preventive practices (see descriptions in Table 1).
Although the majority of the items on the CPQ11-14 - ISF 16 did not have statistically significant associations with treated/untreated TDI in the bivariate and multivariate analyses, three items did achieve statistically significant associations.
According to multivariate analyses, four to five cycles of chemotherapy, gross tumor volume <175.00 cm and post-treatment Karnofsky Performance Status score stable or increased by at least 10 units were independent prognostic factors for better OS (P = 0.035, P = 0.008, and P = 0.000, respectively).
In univariate and multivariate analyses, three factors were associated with fibrosis stage ≥4: randomisation to allocated MT treatment (p=0.001, OR 2.94, 95% CI 1.3 to 6.7), HDNH (p=0.015, OR 2.67, 95% CI 1.23 to 5.8) and discontinuation of azathioprine (p=0.036, OR 2.24, 95% CI 1.3 to 3.9).
Ki-67 was significantly associated with DFS in multivariate analyses in seven RCTs and two meta-analyses with consistent HRs or relative risks (RRs) [ 27, 29, 32– 39, 39, 40, 83, 99, 100, 108, 109].
TRM (p=0.053), progression/relapse (p=0.58), PFS (p=0.11), and OS (p=0.06) showed no statistical difference from multivariate analyses among five groups.
Because multivariate analyses involved five outcomes, we applied a Bonferroni correction by interpreting only effects that reached the P < 0.01 (Pcrit = 0.05/5) level of significance.
