After review of bivariate relationships, multivariable analyses demonstrated significantly higher levels of reported coercion among subjects who experienced longer periods of OPC; who were African American; who were single and not cohabiting; and who had ongoing substance abuse problems, poor insight into illness, and severe symptoms.

The multivariable regression analyses demonstrated that the 72-gene predictive index, as a continuous variable, is an independent predictor for time to progression, overall survival, and radiographic response, after adjusted for age, sex, and performance status (Table 4).
Multivariable logistic regression analyses demonstrated that migraine had an increased odds ratio (OR) for insufficient sleep after adjusting for sociodemographic variables, short sleep time, insomnia, poor sleep quality, anxiety, and depression (OR = 1.8, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1. 2 – 2.7, p = 0.002).
Using multivariable analyses, the retrospective cohort study demonstrates reduced mortality in critically ill patients with type 2 diabetes receiving pre-admission metformin therapy.

Two [ 31, 33] of the eight studies demonstrated a significant association on both univariable and multivariable analyses.

Separate analyses for boys and girls did not demonstrate any substantial differences between the genders in the multivariable analyses, except for headache.
RESULTS: Multivariable analyses including preoperative hematocrit and other perioperative variables revealed that lowest hematocrit during CPB demonstrated a significant interaction with body weight and was highly associated with peak fractional change in serum creatinine (parameter estimate [PE] = 4.5; p = 0.008) and also with highest postoperative creatinine value (PE = 0.06; p = 0.004).
The same was true for unpaired and multivariable analyses.
