Multiplex analyses were used to quantify levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), Fractalkine, Interleukin-1 receptor-antagonist (IL-1RA), interferon-alpha (IFNalpha), interferon-gamma (IFNgamma), Interferon gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10), Macrophage inflammatory protein-1beta (MIP-1beta), and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) in 24-h-urine.
