G-Rg5 and G-Rk1 triggered multiple cellular events, which possibly participated in NF-κB activation, however, this activation was dominantly inactivated by G-Rg5 or G-Rk1 binding to Annexin A2-WT in Annexin A2 over-expressed cancer cells.
