I-TASSER is an automated pipeline for protein tertiary structure prediction using multiple threading alignments and iterative structure assembly simulations [ 19].
The model of ERR β homo sapiens protein (508AA) was built using I-TASSER, which generates 3D structural models using multiple threading alignments and iterative structural assembly simulations (Roy et al, 2010).
