On real rs-fMRI data, sparse representation achieved stable individual parcellation results and consistent group parcellation on multi-site datasets.
In compensation, we evaluated the reproducibility of the parcellation results within each dataset, the consistency across multi-site datasets and the agreement across different smoothing conditions.
Thus, we first subdivided MFC on multi-site datasets to evaluate the consistency across different datasets and on differently smoothed datasets to study the influence of smoothing conditions.
