Next, some promising solutions are proposed for optimization mechanisms in this new networking paradigm, mainly including system architecture, MAC (Media Access Control) layer allocation of multi-dimensional resources, physical-layer performance improvement, and cross-layer optimization.

We performed Non-metric Multi Dimensional Scaling (NMDS) to explore patterns in phylogenetic community composition using both the unweighted UniFrac & β-MNTD (β-mean nearest taxon distance) distance matrix with Primer-6 software53.
Primer V6 (PRIMER-E, Plymouth) was used to calculate Bray-Curtis similarities, to perform non-metric multi dimensional analysis (nMDS), and Analysis of Similarities (ANOSIM).
Nonmetric multi dimensional scaling (NMDS) analysis of the combined 20 samples showed the strong seasonal structuring of the community at L4 (Fig. 2).
