Although many diversity analyses employed in biological assessments are of high-quality and credibility, the limited identification capacity may lead to coarse diversity resolution [ 10], inconsistent taxonomic delineation across individual researchers and institutes [ 11], much reduced sampling scale [ 7], and extended turn-around time in routine sample processes [ 12].
The consequences of continuing HU therapy in the presence of mild to moderate neutropenia when haematological monitoring is either not possible at all or based on much reduced sampling frequency, is not known.

Many variances of the Monte Carlo method which require much reduced sample sizes are available such as Latin hypercube sampling, orthogonal array sampling, adaptive importance sampling and generalised antithetic sampling.
At a regional level, GLF estimates are prone to more error due to much reduced sample sizes and confidence intervals are so wide, as demonstrated in Figure 1, that changes from year to year will be difficult to detect; therefore the large sample size in THIN is extremely valuable.
The 2005 cohort appears to be relatively much reduced in samplings from fall 2006, despite similar sampling effort and catchability (data not shown).
The statistical power to detect differences was much reduced when 3 samples per group were analyzed instead of 4. The 2 μg samples and the matched 10 μg samples were able to detect 83 86 differences at p ≤ 0.01 as compared to 150 differences when using all of the 10 μg samples.
The problems arising from degradation and contamination of the samples are much reduced in methodology such as next-generation sequencing (NGS) [ 31] or whole-genome sequencing (WGS) [ 32].
They were also missing from the GFP-Smf1-4KR sandles and much reduced in the K33,34 mutant, confirming qthat these N-terminal lysines are the sites of stress-induced ubiquitination (Fig 1B).
This increase in overall genetic differentiation is significant and indicates that even in species highly diversified genetically such as spruces and even at an early stage of domestication, a sample of much reduced size resulting from high selection intensity can lead to increased genetic differentiation.
This result was in accordance with ours, even though we used a much simpler purification process that saved time and significantly reduced sample loss.
The absence of an increased risk for these eight sites is likely to be due to the much reduced power resulting from the smaller sample size.
