He left MSF in August and now has a part-time job at a private engineering college.
"When the conflict stops, it doesn't mean life goes completely back to normal," says David Nash of MSF in Donetsk.

She has worked in the Australian outback and Southampton, and has spent the last three years with MSF in Uganda, Kenya and now the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We need a movement from below, such as the one that created the Red Cross, and which built MSF in the 1970s.
As is routine practice for MSF in conflict areas, it had communicated the exact location of the hospital to all parties in the conflict.
"There are fewer wounded today," said Marie-Elisabeth Ingres, in charge of MSF in Bangui, "but now crime is taking over".
"Conflict also indirectly wounds and kills by impeding access to healthcare," Mathilde Vu, the field communication officer for MSF in Kabul, said.
