The FWI system and FBP system have been widely used to inform management actions such as preparedness planning, resource movement, resource needs assessment, alert levels, and active predictions of fire growth and intensity.
Each of these concepts is present in every interaction and they can be used for a systematic analysis of human movement resources (Table 1) [ 10].
These strategies, including cessation treatment, can naturally synchronize with a growing political, social and technical movement to drive resources to control non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs) and their risk factors (particularly tobacco) through a planned United Nations high-level meeting on NCDs in September 2011 [ 25- 27].
