Four important types of distribution became apparent within the pharmacy workforce: urban and rural; private sector and public sector; international migration; and movement between workplace sectors.
Furthermore, in addition to investigating different types of movement between the sectors, many analyses will want to compare people who have moved between the two sectors with those who have not.
This syncretic use of the different health systems and health providers depending upon the identification and interpretation of different risk, illustrates a dynamic movement between different sectors as triggered by perceived needs [ 28].
