In this paper we examine the temporal patterns of cattle births, deaths, imports and movements occurring within Britain, reported to the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs DEFRAA) through the British Cattle Movement service (BCMS) during the period 1st January 2002 to 28th February 2005.
The free movement of services and of establishment allows self-employed persons to move between member states to provide services on a temporary or permanent basis.
