FNS diagnoses were confirmed by prominent somatoform dissociative symptoms: SDQ-20 scores significantly distinguished FNS and HC, and within the FNS sample, SDQ-20 scores distinguished patients with multiple dissociative movement and sensitivity disorders from patients with either single movement or sensitivity disorder (see Table 2).
